TIAA/Nuveen

Working directly with the Head of Design, I led a team of consultants and Nuveen designers to create the Trellis Design System.

While a great deal of the design styles existed, everything had to be updated into a cohesive system. The project included planning, auditing, and creating an atomic design system from foundations, naming, and atoms to tokens, responsive components and advanced organisms. We coordinated with the Ethos team from TIAA to leverage learnings and ensure harmony between the two design systems.
